Word Of Mouth?

Word of mouth’ is a term expressing ‘we shared information by speaking from one person to another.’ Now it would seem this is a no-brainer. Don’t we just simply talk to each other? Well yes, but when you stop to think about it… not always… especially in today’s world. What about email, texting, snail mail, telegraph, Morse Code, skywriters, even body language? The list goes on, however, as humans communication is what we do. How we actually communicate with one another, affects what is spoken and its delivery and therefore determines what is truly communicated.

This principle is important because we (KLRCO Services) originally developed business by this means. We want to maintain this expression of who we are. This is a relationship and not a transaction. We are concerned about you our clientele, who you are, and your needs and interest. As much as we want to maintain communication, we always would like to make the ‘word of mouth’ easier for you in lieu of the digital uprising. So instead of technology being a headache or diversion of what is ‘real’ this is a place you can visit as we visit you. Particularly for you our regulars look at this as an extension. When people ask who is KLRCO Services? What do they do? You can direct them here.

If this does not answer the questions email us at klrcoservices@gmail.com or call 714 963-8681.

Is this your first time at our website or coming in contact with Robert for plumbing services? We would love to get to know you… especially if you have heard of us ‘word of mouth.’ Drop a line, if you will…

same niche. Your blog provided us valuable information to work on. You

    • Joleen, To begin with I appreciate your compliments. Tell me about yourself…what actually is this niche you speak of? I am rather fresh at this and would like to keep human dialogue open.

With the technological onslaught that seems to increase momentum, we can easily forget people all have some value. I don’t say this condescendingly but as a culprit. I fall prey to looking at clients and other business relations as commodities… means to an end.

Nonetheless I do intend to produce more blogs similar to this. I look for issues where the human side of things intersect business in general or the plumbing industry.

      Once again Thank You
